No, you don’t need to be home! As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the service. For your convenience, we’ll send you a text notification when we’re on our way, so you always know when to expect us.
We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and twice-a-week dog waste removal services to ensure your yard stays clean and odor-free.
Yes, our team uses pet-safe methods and eco-friendly products to clean your yard, ensuring the safety of your lucky pup and the environment.
Yes, we offer professional dog waste removal services for commercial properties, helping businesses maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Your safety, your pets’ safety, and our team’s safety are top priorities. If conditions like heavy rain or lightning make it unsafe to work, we’ll postpone your service to the next day. If that isn’t possible, we’ll return on your next scheduled service day. For heavy snow that completely covers your yard, we’ll either wait for it to melt or reschedule your service for the following week.
Pet safety is our priority. We notify you via text with an estimated arrival time. After completing the job, we secure your gate and text you a photo of the closed gate. Additionally, our team sanitizes equipment after every yard to prevent cross-contamination.
